I find that SMN and SCH in Frontlines are really ridiculous right now. Every time a Frontline ends it's always SCHs and SMNs doing more damage with more knockouts and assists than everybody else.

Exactly what broken class are you referring to? Are you referring to my forum post? first of all if, if you think that I normally PVP on summoner- you would be dead wrong. it isn't even my main for PVE. Secondly, with respect to summoner in PVP- even in FL - if you get blasted by a summoner, then your team isn't countering them as a priority. If they're CCed or dead then you won't be getting blasted. also- don't have your whole alliance in one spot - but hey, you probably will just insist they're broken, that's easier then trying.
What that doesn't tell us was whether the DRG had any other source of damage increasing buffs. Did they have Battle High 5 (+50%)? Did they have an AST next to them(+10% to 40%)? Did they have any other teammate to buff their damage? Did any of you debuffed to take increased damage?
I don't think any of these jobs are designed around FL mode, so expect some whacky numbers.
I would agree on assist kills for SCHs, but "knockouts" too? Sorry not sorry, that's either their opponents are too stupid to not knowing the concept of falling back, watching debuff bar, or they don't have Recuperate set onto their hotbar. Lack of general awareness seems to be the real killer... which could've been responsible for just anything in PvP.
I can't confirm or deny any of that, but I can absolutely attest that SMN does tons of damage with Bahamut in FL. I regularly see 7+ SMN players on each 24-man team, and generally one of them will have the highest kill count and/or damage count. SMN mops up in PVP, especially in tight areas where it's hard to escape... because no matter what, there will be stragglers and they will be the first to be culled.
Idk It was literally in the very beginning, 5 mins in, even fully buffed with all that, a sam only makes 30k at most (and sam got nerfed swiftly), max hp in any class is not even 60k, the class is broken.
Im done with FL and xstalline conflict, tbh, is not even fun anymore..
In 5min any Limit Break is ready to be used. Unlike pre 6.1 PvP, Limit breaks can be buffed by various sources or have their damage amplified by certain debuffs.
DRG by himself can boost Sky Shatter to 37500 with Geirskogul's buff, so the following amplifications can occur:
- WAR: Onslaught (+10% damage taken)
- DRK: Salted Earth (+10% damage taken inside SE)
- GNB: Relentless Rush (+4% damage taken per stack, up to 5)
- AST: Celestial River (+30%/+20%/+10% based on duration), The Balance (+10%)
- SCH: Adloquium (+10% via Catalyze effect, apparently more under Recitation)
- SGE: Toxikon, Toxikon II (+10% damage taken)
- NIN: Mug (+10% damage taken)
- BRD: Apex Arrow (+10% damage dealt), Blast Arrow (+5% damage dealt), Final Fantasia (+10% damage dealt)
- MCH: Bishop Autoturret (+10% damage taken)
- DNC: Saber Dance (+5% to Dance Partner)
- RDM: Frazzle (+10% damage taken)
Battle High (I-V): +10%, +20%, +30%, +40%, +50% (based on Batte High status)
Given damage amplification works multiplicatively and being generally eight players per Party in Frontlines, boosting a 37500 dmg Skyshatter to 60000 happens rather quickly. An AST alone can increase Skyshatter to 53625 dmg with their Limit Break and Balance together, so now think how many players can potentially contribute to the output to a single Limit Break.
Anyone that thinks SAM is a threat now really doesn't know how to PVP

The PVP have more competence then most Devs Ive seen in any MMO don't insult them these guys work hard to try to keep FF PVP alive even when people didnt even care
I laugh that the ones that dont know how to PVP the most complain about the most pointless of things plz nerf classes that dont need it

Ok probably not knockouts for SCHs, assists though yeah, they'll usually be up there. SMNs usually do end up with the most knockouts and with many assists. Could chalk it up to opposing teams being really dumb and not falling back which is honestly pretty common.
Another edit: I actually do think SCH is overtuned and this screenshot is proof that something is not right.
