All The FC Only Wards Are Empty

If their goal was to allow FCs to win larges before they eventually open FC wards to personal buyers, it would have made sense to restrict ALL larges to FCs only and open ALL mediums and smalls to personal buyers. Instead of leaving 75% of wards ghost towns for an undisclosed amount of time while the whole server fights over the remaining 25%.

I'm actually concerned the ward my own house is in will become a ghost town
being in a goblet FC ward that had an empty large plot no one bid on is kind of ominous

guess I can understand though... as gorgeous as the brimming heart is, it only supports 1 medium and 6 smalls and the rest of the goblet is pretty boring

They wanted to give FC more chance of getting a house if they didn'y have one already. Why? Because one house can fit many, and FC get more facilities and use out their homes. They should give it a couple more tries (for FCs that were goong for M or L but missed out), before openning the rest for Personal Housing.

nah if you actually went through the FC wards you'd have seen it was mostly just large and medium with nearly all the smalls sitting at 0 bids
then go to the private wards and every single house is at 15+ with even a bunch of smalls sitting at 30+ since first time homeowner is a for sure thing

Frankly they should have gone with 25% of the available wards and reserve 50% of the total big plot for the fc and no more, i mean what the point of locking small plot for fc ? Unless it's a one player fc any free company can afford a medium sized plot.

And i don't see why FC with only one member should be prioritize in any way.

except if people bid on the lots, they should have a winner, thats the whole point of the system is it not? thatd be like with the old system if someone tried to buy a plot, and it just took your gil, and still let someone else buy the plot, point is, even if the system did work as intended, there would be zero plots for this supposed "round 2" of lottery, except maybe if people were relocating, and even then itd be a handful of lots here and there and mostly smalls, so any looking for medium and large would be, well, largely out of luck

i agree with what someone earlier posted, they should of reversed it, or split it 12/12, and why dont we have more wards added to the current zones? that would help as well

Feel free to wander the FC wards and see how many of the placards on empty plots have 0 bids. The number is considerable.

I got lucky for my FC house. 0 was not the winning entry. But if I wander around my ward (main and subdivision), I'm finding:

houses with no entries - 27 (3 of those are mediums, believe it or not)
houses with entries but won by 0 - 7 (one is a medium that had 11 entries, a few members of a FC were sitting at the plot very unhappy and all I could was wish them luck that SE fixes things soon)
houses with entries won by other than 0 but not yet claimed- 3

The remaining plots have been claimed.

So, at least in the case of my ward, the O bug isn't really to blame. Almost half the plots had no entries at all. A few may get taken during the next couple of lottery periods as those who were direct bidding against others and lost enter for what's left. Otherwise they'll remain vacant until decides to set the wards to personal.
