Is it just me or all prime plot in in the new war are so damn farm from a market board while all cheap one have one right in front?

Some people may disagree with this but you are right. I can definitely say there's been several months where I subscribed just to enter my house and keep it from demolishing precisely because I knew how scarce houses were, especially within the last 2-3 years. And I know of other people who have done the same.

One small, one medium and one large have marketboards next to them. All the other plots require a short run (even if it looks like it's next to a marketboard on the map, you usually need to run around the plot and up some stairs).

I believe my OP will - in the light of the new development (or lack thereof) - maintain its course!

I feel like feedback on any forum besides JP is just tossing your opinion into the void so have my opinion void. SE needs to re-evaluate housing I should not be paying the same amount of money as someone else but not have the ability to use a key feature of the game without having to win a literal dice roll.

This 100% instead of FC buying up entire wards they can build one up on their own.

The thing about all of this that, in hindsight, perhaps I misunderstood was making ALL wards FC only for wards 1 through 19. I was under the apparent misapprehension that it would ONLY apply to Ishgard. What is happening now that the first lotto session is ending is houses on my server are opening up FROM INDIVIDUALS that are left behind in now FC only wards. Quite frustrating.

The fact that LotR online does housing wards better than FFXIV is exhausting. Square just do instanced housing for personals I'm begging you. It's so frustrating seeing new pretty housing items be such a focus of resources that we see them every patch (a lot of which are outdoor only) and yet housing isn't available for everyone. Of course people will be upset. Several features of the game are locked behind housing as well (gardening being a big one).

This is one of the biggest issues in the game and it needs to be properly addressed, not bandaid fixed into oblivion leaving a bulk of the playerbase out of luck. Especially if you are going to continue making housing items rewards for events (which up until recently, a lot of them were outdoor only too).

You didn’t see huge numbers of entries because there are more FC houses available than there are FC’s. Half of the FCs aren’t even active anymore. And many are made up of just one person. They literally gave thousands of houses to FCs when it’s the general pop that wants houses now. No one in my FC owns their own house but most have been trying for months if not years.

Add insult to injury we had 9 members bid on one large in Ishgard…winning number…0

Yeah I had to settle for a tiny apartment sadly I have a stock of out door items I can't even so much use which is a shame cause the BBQ pit from MH would be a neat little thing to set outside.
