Please adjust APM of AST and DRG to prevent hand injury.

But you don't have AST at 90, you have no clue what its opener feels like.

Something logs don't take into account is the amount of target switching you have to do.
AST isn't high APM during downtime but it can get really straining during openers and bursts.

Would be nice, though I don't play dragoon much. Wish some more abilities were merged or reworked somehow slightly - Dragoon just... Ugh. Had to buy my first-ever mouse with extra buttons on it just to be able to do some of this stuff - was looking into one anyway for this specific reason already, though.

One thing that would defnitely help a TON with AST was if we had a way to add a UI mouseover function to our actions without relying on a macro, for action queueing reasons.

I've honestly stopped playing AST because the clicking back and forth the boss (for damage spells), the tanks (for heavy st heals) and the dpsers (for card sorting) together with the natural high APM from the job (PLUS having to pay attention to mechanics) made it totally stressful to try playing in an optimized way.

I got a feeling ‘APM’ isn’t the actual issue you want to address, but I think I get what you meant.

How I’m very glad when my static co-healer asked me to switch back to my OG SCH. I rolled as AST early on first few week in this tier to accommodate their desire to try out raiding as SGE & boy, even though I did had fun, AST (re)openers is one jumbled mess. I’m proud of my dexterous ‘piano finger’ but this one is too much to be enjoyed.

APM on MMOs are low. Nowhere close to competitive RTS.

Maybe get better keyboard and mouse if you are using PC. My mouse on 6000 DPI right now.

Most games with high APM requirements destroy the players' hands over time. Just look at SSBM.

Something being made easier isn't always a bad thing. Openers as hectic as AST's don't really add anything to the game.
