Bumping this thread too. I'm so tired of not being able to raid with my team because of this unplayable lag. Happens almost every night starting at 9:00 CST consistently.
Also bumping this thread by posting a reply of my own. Having the same exact issues with the San Jose node and having the same lag spikes from the same general time frame of around 7pm-10pm PST. Please fix this issue Square Enix....
I'm also having the same issue with my ping spiking at a certain point during the evening, but now my ping has been spiking throughout the whole day. I'm sure its not my ISP, because everything else on my computer runs fine.
Bump, same issue since Monday the 10th, unplayable lag spikes in the afternoon/night, same as others ISP is not the issue since everything else works just fine.

Today: No sudden spikes on the usual time. It spiked just a tad bit around 9:10 pm pst but settled down to normal ping right after.
Still having high ping episodes as detailed in this thread. Problem is still not resolved.
