Guess what now? I can't put my EW code due to the same error, this is beyond ridiculous. There are no justification for a customer support ticket that take more than a month to resolve, and they just won the community support award.
I am just speechless, this has been a horrible customer support journey, wish the producers are aware of this incompetent support center/anti-fraud system. I am paying for a service I can't play.
