endwalker registration code issues.

Still no luck for me here, sadly

Ya I tried to log in today only for it to say I don't own endwalker anymore. If I had known there were 2 ****ing separate codes, maybe I would have saved my purchase information. This has upset me a great deal as I have limited time to play. I can't even find the original code I put in, let alone a second one. This is some seriously Mickey Mouse stuff going on.

EDIT: So, I found the SECOND code. From THIS store website: https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/, NOT the mogstation store, by logging in with my SE account and going to the 'Orders' dropdown from clicking on my name in the upper right hand corner. When people were staying you can get the code from the SE store, I was thinking the mogstation. This is NOT clear, very convoluted and beyond frustrating. This is the first time I have EVER seen a game require a second code after a pre-release event. Words cannot even..

Before doing anything try doing it through the mog Station, instead of the the game. I could not get it to work thorugh the game itself. But it worked on the website when I loged in and clicked on enter expenstion registration code.

I got the error on both game and website, sadly

Ok so ive been on early access, have 3 jobs at 90 already to get my mentor status back and all. I got the Registration code email like the rest of us but when i click on "Unlock you registration code" It only gives me the early access code. I tried looking for it on the store but cant cause i purchased it as a guest sadly. Is there anything im missing?

SE sucks their whole system is BS:mad:

My character logged out in an Endwalker area, and now I cannot even log in anymore because the game doesn't think I own Endwalker. I know I am supposed to enter another code, but every avenue I use to enter it tells me the code is invalid.

I can't use mog station to enter it, I can't use steam to enter it, I can't find any way to contact anyone to ask for help, I don't know what to do.

You sure thats not the Early Access code? Because that what it says if you try to put it in again, apparently my gf's mom is having the same issue as me and we both bought EW from the SE store as a guest

https://ibb.co/2S9ykydits not early access i double checked over and over again read the thing how to find it on the store after 30 minutes of frustration and it gave me the code I even pulled up my bank notice of the date it was purchased and showed they already taken it out of my account for the cost of the game now i ticked i want to play but then again we have to deal with the long ass que time over and over again i bought it when it was on sale back then now this
