[QUOTE=RonLuc;5750750]Here is how my figure looks like.
i don’t know if it’s the lightning or what but i swear that your figure has a different paint job than mine…
Mine finally arrived today. I held my breath when I opened it, but mine was intact with no broken bits, and the paint job looks more like what RonLuc has - pretty good for such a small head, anyway.
Now I just have to wait until I can get another Ikea glass shelf because I've run out of room on my current one.
Anyone get a response yet from SE? I emailed back after not hearing for 4 days...
Monday i recieved this reply;
Regarding the damaged figure received in your FINAL FANTASY XIV: ENDWALKER COLLECTOR'S BOX, I have escalated the case to the relevant team and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
I think this is going to take a while even on the dates we're now
Maybe they are seeing all the posts on twitter and in this forum of all the broken statues and figuring out either a repayment for the figures or a recall on them.
Honestly, I'd be okay if they wanted me to send my statue back to get it repaired or replaced. I'd happily do so, so long as I am all but guaranteed to get my product back in one piece instead of like, 4, which is its current condition. lol But yeah, still waiting on a response to my ticket as well. I provided them with a file which contained pictures of all of the broken parts too so that they have no reason to doubt my claims.
I did the same as well and explained that there was no protection to the front of the statue so it hitting the front plastic can easily break the pieces. Im also in the same boat that im willing to send in the statue to either get a replacement made or it getting fixed.
