Grubhub? really?

I'm in a large central Canadian city. No grub hub.
Exclusively "Skip the Dishes" in this area.
Not that I care away, I don't use half the emotes I have as it is.

Grubhub isn't even available where I am in the USA. I guess this is limited to special few people in western part of the USA and in mega populated cities.

Well, it does send you the code via email. Maybe you could set it up to do some kind of charity drop-off just to get the receipt/code. Though really, this time we aren't talking about a few bucks worth of candy bars. May as well have just put it on the cash shop.

Not trying to give potential false hope, but if it's similar to the Butterfinger promotion, the code itself may not be region locked. So basically you could have a friend/FC mate/random person in the applicable region obtain a code, and then apply that code to your account.

Now....obviously you'll need to read the fine print as that may have been something unique to only the Butterfingers promotion, but may be something worth looking into.

it says in the terms and conditions “redeemable one time on a registered NA ffxiv/square enix account” and that it is for “a single character”

Grub hub is an awful choice. I'm not paying an extra premium to have some rando bring me food from a chain a couple minutes away when most places already offer delivery themselves for cheaper. It certainly isn't worth an emote for a single character. I'd rather they just put it on the mogstation for $5 rather than resorting to these convoluted and more expensive methods.
