Lets play a dark and apocalyptic expansion that deals with geopolitical issues and emotional struggles on a realistic basis and then be surprised you get triggered because you have depression.
I admit I had similar issues at other points.... but just put your game down, breathe and get over it. Calm down and appreciate the realism for what it is. You got disturbed, well that's why it is there. If you absolutely can not have such things, skip the scenes that are foreshadowed way ahead to become too serious and read a synopsis later on or ask friends to write one for you.

There's alot of suicidal moment in whole MSQ since ARR and you just get triggered by this?

Whilst I do not wish to belittle what the OP may have felt where does one draw the line? What triggers one person does not someone else. What about people that have deep phobias of such things as spiders or lots of small holes? I hope you see what I am trying to get at - you simply cannot cover everything. The player themselves needs to take responsibility and admit that this is a fantasy game in which bad things can and do happen.
If there are severe effects from seeing such things then with the deepest of sympathy I would suggest you simply avoid this genre of game.

I mean for the people fearing that a trigger warning would spoil the content, you could make it an option in the config you can activate to get these warnings, so people who are ok with it just can play like usual and people who are sensitive cause whatever can get their warnings without any of the two interfering with each other.
That said, i don't need them so i am fine either way. xD

Having a toggle in the options for a "sensitive content warning before cutscenes" would be okie dokey with me.
Though, If you're savvy at all with the genre they were writing in, it really couldn't've been telegraphed more clearly.

You're playing a game filled with war crimes, direct rape references, murder, religious prosecution, alcohol abuse, etc and this scene that didn't even directly show it happen is too much for you? I can understand being impacted by a particular subject but such warnings infantilize these events. You're an adult and recognize that these things happen.

There's no evidence to suggest that trigger warnings do anything other than teach avoidance as a coping mechanism to people with mental health issues, most studies on the issue have found that they have no significant real world effect. Two studies have been published that show trigger warnings actually increase distress as most people invested in content will not drop it due to a warning, but instead will dwell on the subject for longer during the time between the warning and the event.
So, not including them is just them going along with the current scientific consensus.

Yeah like that kinda shoick me. They redid the sage icon because of a phobia they can add a trigger warning

Not being funny but your playing a game which includes: Grand Theft Me shenanigans, World ending events, everything on fecking fire, rape murder and kicking defenceless cauliflower people with extreme prejudice.
