God forbid you get punished for playing the jobs at their most watered down state.

I'll never forgive or forget the aggro manipulation, the interrupt, the poisons and the OG perfect dodge. Not to mention Mutilate, something to watch. Also let me toggle animations or have glyphs to bring back legacy animations. Aeolian edge sucks. I want dancing edge.

I think it's worth noting that the bunny failure condition is a quirky thing Ninjas can do intentionally outside of combat for fun. Dancer in particular seems like it was made to "perform" outside of combat with Flourish allowing access to all aoe GCDs and both Step abilities being free to use without a target. The class is flashy and fun outside of combat. This is why I liked the ground target version of BLM freeze. You could spam it in cities to show off your magical power. So I do like the fact Ninja has a strange bunny that seems completely disconnected from the class fantasy that I can summon whenever but I would love if summoning it was always intentional. I've played Ninja since ARR and have no problem hitting the inputs correctly but lag has always been especially painful on Ninja.

All Ninja really needs is something extra in its single target filler. Like more ways to access Assassinate? I could see Dream within a Dream, Hellfrog/Bhava, and the combo finishers directly interact with a gauge that’s effectively charges for it. Then just upgrade it to a slightly more shadowy action that has an AoE component. It might need a little more Ninki generation to work, but I can’t see changing much beyond Mug’s cooldown, maybe giving it charges too.

Only other things I can think of is overcap protection on Mudras (Max 3 charges during combat, 2 otherwise. Hide can’t bypass this) and Meditate for Huton/Assassinate.

NIN of Shadowbringer is perfect, for me.

I wouldn't say "perfect" as there are a few things I'd like to see, but current NIN is by far my favorite class in the game, and I hope not to see any big changes in EW. Looking forward to the new ability from the benchmark, though I wouldn't hate if they consolidated a button rather than just add another one.
