The system will try to redirect you to some Troubleshooting FAQ, just keep declining till it gives you the option to get into chat support. I contacted them twice yesterday but got "no one else reported this problem so it must be on your end" reply

The same thing is happening to me, constant errors and lag. I'm from Costa Rica, on Primal Datacenter.

just talked to web chat, and i think i gave them a more general idea of the problem, its not just one individual
