the funny thing is, I don't think you even get banned if you have an inappropriate name, you just get a free name change and judging by the OPs behaviour in his two threads, you can already guess what kind of stuff he was up to in the game to get banned for that long on his supposedly first offence

I mean yes, the punishment seemed excessive at first, but not knowing what the retainer names were (can only guess how bad) and further exposure to the wit and charm of the OP, it became apparent it was not just a pleasant conversation about naming policy.

GMs aren't perfect and I've always felt that they could be a bit more transparent, but...this sounds like a problem you brought on yourself. Maybe don't choose inflammatory names for things? Just a thought.
