Can we get a new Cait Sith Minion

I say go ahead that doesn't bother me it's nice to see other people be able to obtain things that they'd like.

People would rather be negative for like farming on here rather than read entire posts. You have to be pretty careful about making sure on whether your post can be summarized in the first few sentences, or else people tend to walk all over you for attention.

I have this minion and app the other pre order bonuses. I think they should all be made available the expansion after they are relevant. Exclusivity isn't really that big of a deal when it's ten years old especially.

Well the Cait Sith minion is special because you can use it to show that you are here since the ARR release. Like legacy players have their tattoo and special Chocobo.

I use the Cait Sith sticker on my adventure plate for that purpose.

However: We also have the title from the 2013 Moonfire Faire event for the same purpose.

And while I generally like to keep excluxive things exclusive: They really should not locking iconic Final Fantasy things away.

This is not only an issue with the Cait Sith minion, but the Zidane minion we currently can get for pre-ordering Dawntrail will be gone for future generations as well. You can only get one of the twins Palom and Porom anymore. Bahamut minion is gone. And there are others who technically are still available but I can't find anywhere like the artbook with the code for the Relm minion, which would be nice to have now that we get Pictomancer.

Is the Dreadnaught mount iconic enough to get mentioned as well?

FF7 version would be neat if they ever do a crossover event, but an entirely new take would be nice. Really hammer home that cait shith aren't just one specific character.

Yea it would be nice if there was a way to get that minion still, I wish they could also bring back the Wind-up Bahamut minion. You can no longer obtain it, and it was from the ARR Original Soundtrack Blu-Ray (first run print only). Or a different version of a Bahamut minion would be cool too.

I'm okay with re-releasing this one as well, especially through a mechanism like the Mogtomes that make difficult to acquire stuff possible.
