This is essentially my take on it. I don't want to have to fight Expert RNG on 8 jobs for 30 crafts 3 times each.

I'll just wait until I'm lvl 90, and one button HQ them for the glamour.

The DoL ones are just as pointless. 750 HQ items fighting RNG? Or simply fill out your gathering log and get an item that is damn near comparable.

I wouldn't count on the new Trained Eye (if there is one) working on Expert crafts.

Still, increased stats on gear will offset the RNG significantly if more shiny tools clogging up inventory and glamour dresser space is something you enjoy (assuming SE hasn't developed some sort of forced stat sync system for them).

Don't see why it won't. Trained eye already works on old 4 star stuff. It doesn't have any qualifiers on it currently (subject to change)

Those were Master recipes, not Expert recipes.
