The funding for Hrothgar and Viera hair was reallocated to the Marvel Avengers game. Please understand.

On a more serious note, it was foolish of them to make two new races to try and appeal to both crowds that wanted either Viera or a more beastlike race only to fail to appease either of them. Vieras not getting new hairstyles in two years, Hrothgar having to burn 10 dollars on a fantasia because they tied hairstyles to their face for whatever reason, and both of them having limited access to headgear because of their unique heads. And as far as I know, little to none of this has been addressed since they've been released.

And with covid still causing problems around the entire world, I doubt we'll be receiving any new information regarding these issues until either the fanfest in May, or maybe even later until about 6.0. It may seem like hollow advice, but the best you can do until then is just wait and see.

These races were released with the explicit clarification that these limitations would exist and would not be 'fixed'. This isn't something SE 'needs to notice', they have made clear from the start that Viera and Hrothgar will not have many things the rest of us will have. It isn't going to change no matter how many threads Viera players make with every newly released hairstyle.

Players of both races were also told that certain headgear and hairstyles (unique to their race) would be added over time. They have delivered somewhat on the first, though I personally feel it has not been enough. It is what it is though. The second...come on now. Even I know that saying "but you guys knew!" is a poor excuse there. I know that Covid messed up their development cycle a lot, but they've let a lot of things go without this expansion. And it didn't stop with neglecting Viera/Hrothgar. If Hrothgar were in a slightly better state I'd probably play as one permanently. I love the race.

That may be true yes but they were also promised some new styles that have yet to materialize. I think it's fair for Viera and Hrothgar users to express their dissatisfaction that they have received nothing new and it's been almost 2 years. I think it's also understandable that some come here and express their frustration and try and remind the devs that hey what about us.
