It needs to be the glowiest thing ever. Like, outshine the sun. Nothing says flexing ego like blinding everyone in a 500-yalm radius just by standing there.

If it were glamour it's fine. If it's needed for proper item level progression the way savage currently is, it would cause them to have to make ultimates easier the same way savage was made easier.

Far be it for me to judge but..
Honestly given some of the ilk running around with these titles and weapons, if I were in that position I'd personally want to find a way of detracting myself of all that, not showing it off, ngl.
