I vehemently disagree: everyone should be expressing grievances as they have them.
For one thing, it's always important for a developer to know that there are grievances, that way they can't really get away with saying something like "we didn't know (you still felt this way)."
For another, this game has a history of promises that aren't delivered on, along with a tradition of players who keep trying to push the time for others to complain to later and later dates with newer and newer goalposts, usually because they, themselves, like what's happening, want to (blindly) whiteknight for ol' sensitive Squeen, or even just don't necessarily care about what's going on and just don't want to feel like they should care one way or the other and would rather just not see it at all.
