Cooking with Rokien!

This. If implemented, this would be an inventory nightmare. First of all, how are these variances going to be listed? Mithkabob- Hold the Onion? Sub Sandwhich No Mayo + 1?

Think carefully about this. Look up every food recipe and then multiply each one by the ingredients involved, and possible substitutions. Now add that total again for +1's. Then you have to come up with unique stats for each, and every one. There comes a point when adding overly complicated systems serves no genuine purpose beyond complicating things.

Another not fully thought out idea from Rokien? Surely you must jest.

Op, I think this is a neat idea, however, putting it into coding and such sounds like it is more trouble than it's worth for the dev. team. Because then they have to come up with ideas of "well a pesto pizza gives X stats, but what if said person doesn't want to use walnuts in pesto sauce...what if they wish to make it with gridania nuts? THen it should give this affect"...it's just too many possibilities. Very neat idea...I just think that the resources of the devs are better suited in other areas.

That's a horrible idea Rokien. It's bad and you should feel bad. It would turn the cooking system into a ridiculously convoluted mess. There would be way too many variables for them to consider with something like that, it would be impossible to balance. It would take them quite a while to create such a system, convert all existing recipes to work with it, implement it and then keep creating recipes for it. It's just way more trouble than it's worth.

Every time anyone agrees with Rokien, he takes it like the overwhelming majority of players agree with him (when it's really more like, 5 people). Then he takes that and runs with it and makes a bunch of other terrible topics that he spent no more than 15 seconds thinking up, and the cycle repeats.

He's incredibly predictable and you're enabling him.
