Since Shadowbringers and even Stormblood to some extent crafting has become increasingly accessible and extremely easy to the point that even endgame recipes can comfortably be crafted without High Quality materials using Macros. This basically makes HQ materials worthless for a lot of players and ends up cluttering inventories. Could you implement an option to turn all items of a specific type into NQ Items in the inventory? For example maybe give us an option to turn all Crafting Materials inside your inventory into NQ items with the click of a button. It would save a lot of time for people that craft a lot and don't need HQ materials. Thanks!

A lightmode was added to the UI not too long ago and I was wondering if there had any other types in the works? I would love to see a classic Blue Final Fantasy style for the menus!

Why is the duty recorder feature not available for the most recent endgame raids, ex trials and ultimates where it would be the most useful?
-
How often is the duty recording feature used in the game?

Would you consider implementing a FFXIV 1.0 -inspired "Legacy" theme for the UI?

Currently in the map interface non-interactable elements like quest markers and even party members can block you from clicking on interactable elements like aetherites if they're too close together. Could if be possible for the interactable elements to be predominant? Even if the icon is visually obstructed by other elements, "I know" that the aetherite is there, I'd like to be able to click on it.

Dear dev team,
every time my Swiftcast is on CD and I have to raise someone, my healer heart is in pain.
Why?
1. I´m starting to raise.....2 more seconds....Ups! Somebody raised the target in the last second. (u_u)
2. I´m locked in the Raise animation and cannot heal for the that time, but because of mechanics or other factors, my party does not see that.
In FFXII, the targeting lines between caster and target were brilliantly displayed via little lines in the air.
While raise text macros are a solution, they can become annoying over time for the party or irrelevant if pasted in chat in succession (especially with Swiftcast on CD).
Could it be possible to implement something like that for the casting of Raise?

When scrolling up on the chat and someone types a new message the game is way too aggressive in scrolling down for you to read the new message(s). I'm scrolling up to read something previous, we have sound effects already to notice when someone types something new. Could this behavior be changed to be less aggressive? Currently it takes a lot of effort to read older messages in an active chat.

Accessibility update
Would there be a possibility to update the colourblind and audio cue notifications? I currently can't utilize the colourblind mode properly because it doesn't change to a colour that is an appropriate range for me to see AOE cues/hp/mp, would that also change the display of the audio cues as well. I'm currently Red/Green colourblind and the proto with nearly 100% bar still doesn't help it maybe beneficial if the colourblind options were more customizable like the chat colour options.

The amount of questions not related to the UI or stuff Odagiri is not related to in this thread is amazing, its like people can't read.
Question: Job guages and icons are an incredibly useful way of tracking whats going on with a job, could we have the option to add more elements to a job guage ui, even if its just in simple form to better track things like storms eye duration, twin snakes/leaden fist on monk, fof/no mercy duration ect, just so that if you want to have it your buff bar is cleaner and we can move elements around to be more visible without moving the whole buff bar.
