Race specific gear for all races

Honestly I'm 100% in the minority but there should be way less restrictions on what can and can't be used for glamor, like I'm all one board with unlocking race specific gear for all race BUT ALSO make all sex-specific gear pieces unisex, boy armor is cool for girls to wear and vice versa, ALSO make all general roles gear useable as glamour (aka caster, healers, etc can all use each other's gear for glamour) so WHM can wear big spooky witch hats or musketeer hats or whatever (namely so my BLM has access to some of the nifty as hell healer versions of gear).

Just less restrictions in general is always 100% better in my books.

It's not like class identity even really matters in this game, plus then the WHMs can glamour their sticks into proper cool looking staffs like us BLM have, sick and tired of glowy sticks and angel wings? Slap on a Kaladanda Lux and play the evil spooky healer you've always wanted to be!

Hempen underclothes? Yes. Unlock them. The Viera and Hrothgar don’t have unique sets. So why not unlock everything?

Starter clothes? Nah. No explanation for this one. Just: "Nah."

Personally I just want to see more outfits that have proper tail holes like they did with early outfits. Think of the default Miqo'te underwear. I know it's impossible to do in bulkier outfits but the slimer things would be nice to have.

Also, I'm not saying anything against this thread, I love a lot of these ideas, but there's something that irks me about no tail holes lol!

My preference is to keep the racial clothes unique to each race, same with most job sets as well. I’m ok with hempen sets being shared but I do like being able to see the role or race a player by their clothing.

I'd agree with this if we didn't have bathing suits, frog suits, chocobo suits, moogle suits, and other joke items and casual wear.

AF gear and weapons should be off limits, maybe racial gear too, but everything else I don't see a problem with if they were to unlock it as glamour.

We talked about this already. The community rep gave our feedback to the devs. The devs said no.

This was 3 years ago.

What coolaid did you drink?
Viera got the only racial gear with highhill.
Dont care about Hrothgar but i do thinks they do have their racial gear.

He's talking about the hempen sets. Viera and Hrothgar share theirs with Midlander/Roe.

Could definitely use the au ra hempen camise though.
