Rhalgar's Reach has my favorite aesthetic. I just wish it got spruced up a bit as we progressed through Stormblood like Revenant's Toll and Idyllshire did in their respective expansions. Just another example of how poorly they handled Ala Mhigo.
Eulmore is close behind Rhalgar's, though. It has the most "hub" feel out of any of them and I could sit and listen to the nighttime theme for hours.

For me it would have to be Idyllshire due to nostalgia purposes, mainly due to the expansion still being among my favorites for raiding and it was back when I was having the most fun with the game.
Layout-wise would probably be Eulmore because everything is compact. Makes it a lot easier to get in, do your thing and then leave.
Revenants Toll is a weird space for me since I never really got to experience it as a hub since I joined the game during HW, but it has my favorite "story" behind it. Would have probably been my favorite had I been playing the game through ARR.

Revenant's Toll. It's small and it's outdoors.

Hard question, as I don't have strong feeling about any of them, and pretty much like all of them, each in their own way. If I'll need to pick one after all, then probably Rhalgr's Reach. Something about this area is touching me.
But if anything, I spend more time in Crystarium and Kugane.

I don't really have one since depending of the content, I have to jump from a place to another. My return is in Revenant's Toll thought, since it allows me to go fast and cheap to my apartment in Gridania or to Ishgard. Lavender's Bed is probably the place I disconnect the most often.
Among all possible "main hubs", Rhalgr's Reach is probably the one I rarely go.

I miss mount parades in Rhalgr’s Reach!
For this expansion I prefer Crystarium over Eulmore, but it’s so dead there after the initial expansion.

From a point of convenience, I'd go with Eulmore. As many posts have already mentioned, it's pretty compact. Everything and everyone is close together. Not being able to mount is a plus to me, not that I mind the mounts, but this expansion's endgame hub is quite small so I wouldn't want too many mounts cluttering up the screen. One thing this hub lacks is the structural development seen in Revenant's Toll and Idyllshire but tbh that's something I don't mind all that much.
That being said, I don't spend much time in Eulmore. I usually go in there, get my gear, materia melds, and then I'm off to who-knows-where. I think the most time I ever did spend in an endgame hub must've been in Idyllshire back in HW.

I kinda wish Crystarium was more of a hub because it's my favorite city in the game. Also loved Kugane way more than Rhalgr's... worse layout, but WAY nicer looking.
I'd probably go with Eulmore because it's small and everything is pretty much in one room for convenience. I did really like watching Idyllshire build up and expand with each patch, though. That was pretty cool. I'd put it at a close second only because it feels a little less convenient to navigate... although being able to mount there makes up for some of that.
Rhalgr's is just ugly dusty and forgettable. I'd probably forget it was there if I didn't need to keep going back for those gearsets and glamours, and a handful of quests :P
Wasn't playing when More Donuts was the hub. I don't mind it, but something about the layout of it is just off-putting. And the purple sky weather that always seems to be up while I'm there looks cool, but also kind of gives it an oppressive and creepy vibe.
So basically, Eulmore >= Idyllshire >> Rhalgr's, with Mor Dhona maybe tied with Rhalgr's :P

To hell with Eulmore, it’s better than Rhalgrs, but I’m mad you can’t ride your mount there. I miss Revenants Toll it was a combination of Hub and hostile area but I’m in the minority for that I assume.

if i could get a mix of Idyllshire feel but Eulmore accessibility and lack of mounts would be perfect home
