Cant proceed past level 50

Perhaps you didn't activate the next expansion key until you finished ARR.

I don't think they have. I started playing like... within a month of HW coming out iirc and bought HW at the part where it sends you into Castrum. Was like 54 before I ever set foot in HW zone.
