QoL for healers regarding Raise

If you're just waiting for the mechanic to pass, they should see the raise symbol in your buffs and know not to raise.
The problem is only in the moment before the symbol appears, since it's not instant.

I think when getting caught up in the heat of things, it's really easy to ignore the symbol. Brain sees dead body, brain then thinks "dead body, raise, go ->>>>"
