Sword oath is now just hit the same skill 3 times in a row. The magic segment is just mash Holy Spirit and then oh hit the end cap for the last one. I know most tank rotations are nothing special but these two things feel especially phoned in. I just wish they had done something a bit more interesting with it.

I really like how the tanks play in Shb with my favorites being Paladin and Gunbreaker.
Paladin feels very good with its alternating rotations. I love HG and also Clemency for emergencies (I´m playing tanks in dungeons mostly).
Gunbreaker feels also good with its straight forward burst window.

Before Shb i really didn´t like tanking. For me the changes to Tankstance were godsent.
Warrior probably feels good in Trails... but for dungeons i hate its cone-aoe.

Well Yorumi, maybe making a different animation for each succesive push of atonement would have aliviated the issue or having a spell combo of holy spirit ---> holy circle( your character does the incantation but the snowflake is summoned above the target), which i would like to see in 80-90 Pld skills :3.

Still current Pld is pretty neat.

PLD SHB and War patch 3.1 HW are my favorite, hard to pick between those 2.

WAR i think my preference is somewhere between hw and shb from my experience on my alt, though ironically i think low level 2.0 was quite fun, back when we had skills xp

DRK, heavensward hands down. Only fashion and the blackest night stopped me from ditching tanking altogether in sb. In shb...its better but its not dark knight, its level 50 warrior with a line attack, fray and the best shielding ability in the game. That said summoning fray is awesome, just wish he didnt have a 6 second delay built in and a questionable choice of attacks. (really, quietus 3 times against engels?)

I do believe it could be improved though. LD biggest design flaw is that it kills you, but at the same time, its a good trade off for the best duration of invulnerability.

Different animation for each successive push of "spam x" would actually make me like that playstyle more over just outright hating it because you are looking at the same animation 2-9 times.

For me it is 4.05 warrior.

Rotation was rewarding and you really felt when you were doing things correctly.
Haven't really played HW warrior in high-level content as much so can't really tell about this one.
