Lalafell's Ruined (For Me) By a Couple People

I'm really sorry this happened to you and I hope you can go back to enjoy playing a Lalafell.

I used to be one as well, and aside from some silly jokes from my partner everything went well.
People will always take games too seriously and criticize your character if they're différent from their idea of "normal" (I'm getting stupid comments IRL being female and playing a male Miqo'te).
Don't pay attention to them, you don't owe them anything.

Thanks for the positive replies. So far it looks like the creepy crusading guy isn't here anymore. I honestly don't think anyone could come to that line of thought then try to push it on others without projecting... and I think he was serious, not a troll, because he and the creepers that agreed with him were at it for years.

I've never had any trouble from anyone for none of the years I played lalafell and it's still the one race I've played as the most. This isn't nothing new though, taru players dealt with the lame jokes and whatnot too.

in my years online, I've learned to just ignore the ones who are bent on ruining things for others. Blacklist is a handy tool when people are being horrible. Don't let the opinions of people ruin your fun!

Am I reading this right? You are nervous because...of what internet strangers think?

Taru taru are the best race in this game because it feels like they run 10x faster. Of course they don't run faster, but the animation makes it feel like they do. Those little chocobo feel like rockets.

Stay a lalafell, we're adorable, and evil, there is no better combination. I'm almost positive that being a lala and my custom emotes are the main reasons I have 5000+ commies.

My general response is to be adorable AF
