Square enix headed in the same direction blizzard did with WoW.

That's been the case for literally 10 years at least. It's not a new thing where WoW is concerned.

WHM finnlly buffed helluya, but they will forget about this class again like in past ^^ don't worry in every expanions sch and astro was weak on start, they will keep buffing sch and astro again and don't do anything with WHM :P 2 more patches and we will get same shit like in SB ...
paladin feels fo fking good now ... i rly consider to change main to pally
dragoon is same dragoon just added few moves
bard - I like changes (ppls will hate me for this) finally feel like a ranger ...
heard lot of good about black mage too, gonna try this class later

People here are complaining about bad, unnecessary, changes, if these changes were for the better, I doubt the backlash would be half this bad

The primary issue is enormous dumbing down this game brought with ShB (not only in context of healers) - and coming from this boredom, not the dps discrepancies (although these are pretty bad and obvious as well).

When you see supposed developers saying that "rotation with hagakure was too complex", then you know the game is going in rather poor direction.

Think some of the trolls smelled blood and now are creeping up into the Healer discussions.

But it's a big mistake to think the Healer forums are negative and on-fire because we genuinely hate the game. At least I don't get such vibes from the majority of posters, even in the strongest salt and vitriol critiques of the shitty changes and behavior.

Indeed, if we hated the game, we wouldn't be playing.

If we complain, it's because our favourite classes took a direction we do not enjoy; and we wish to see the devs acknowledge their poor decisions, and decide to change things for the better.
None of that happened yet.

I, for one, was not impressed by the WHM changes, disappointed by the AST, and outright disgusted by the SCH. Not to mention my disappointment to see yet another DPS instead of a much needed healer.
An expansion is supposed to get us all hyped, but ShB failed immensely regarding the healer playerbase. The amount of healer threads on this forum is a good indicator of the general reception.

I post here because I want to love my role, but ShB makes me hate it with a passion.
I want to do more than pressing the same button over and over on every single fight in the game no matter the level.

ok you may hate your healer role I get it, but story and lore is diffrent thing from gameplay and classes status
you know there are some ppls who sub only for 30 days just for story and later don't do any eng game content

Like I said before for me Shb story and music is strong 10/10 ...

and thats my issue with shb the short term content has been great but the long term stuff i have to put up with for two years (the healers) are a mess
