As WHM on Excalibur, if I queue a roulette with Healer in need, usually about 1-2 minutes. If I queue a roulette with Tank in need, instant.
I don't question it anymore.

I'm not sure I understand. As a healer main....what's a queue time? Are you referring to the 1-2 seconds between when I click "join" and "accept" on random dungeons? :P
Okay, joking aside, I've noticed the following:
As a healer, queues basically don't exist. Longest I've seen was like 3 minutes this expansion...once.
As a tank, they're still not bad. I think I've seen an average of 5ish minutes?
As a DPS, it depends on the content, but ranges from 5ish minutes to much, much longer.
I know, right? Other than for the materia (and then only if running low [low being down to 50 or so])....I just ignore AIN anymore, b/c it lies.
On dps from 5 to 15 minutes. As healer from 12-35 seconds.
Varies but the queue almost always pops while I am less than a minute from finishing a cutscene. Just long enough for the timer to expire if I don't accept and interrupt the cutscene.
Dancer, Scholar, and Gunbreaker here.
Queue is mostly inconsistent with the caveat that healer is usually faster and DPS and tank are usually fairly similar.
Most queues are under 10 minutes.
What pops is also very varied. I seem to get any raid or any dungeon or any trial. Not just the newest or first to unlock ones.
All if that implies a fairly healthy queue system.
