Opinions on Seraph abilities

They're too weak for a capstone 2 min CD.

Pop a consolation as soon as you Summon her and you'll cancel that animation and make her start healing faster.

It's basically a better version of Rouse tbh. It's still stronger heals and the Seraphic Veil shields still stack with your own. It may not be as broken good as you want it to be but it's still good to have access to.

Underwhelming but not useless.
Only really shines in situations where she can get out the two AOE heals and have them be meaningful, but it's kinda hard to find those situations.
I guess just throwing her pre-pull just to keep the tank topped while you focus on DPSing during your opener isn't a bad idea.
