Just checked the UK store and still nothing, hopefully in the next hour.
Its almost 12pm here ib the central US. A friend and i bought SB 2 diffirent ways just to see. He bought his though SE signed into his account. i bought as a guest without signing in. We are both still waiting on registration codes.
