Can't debit now ShB Collector Edition - Square Enix Store

I was having a similar issue.

Debit didn't work for me and it kept telling me I was putting in the wrong Credit Card info. I sent in a support ticket and didn't hear anything back so I created a Paypal account and did it that way. Though it almost timed out because of how slow the SE store site is.

Its definitely frustrating to say the least.

Sorry.. necroing old post but same problem exist in EW.. 2 years passed still same old problems related with payment methods exist.

Is some one actually managed solve this problem? While purchasing a expansion I have to deal with 3rd party sellers.
I am looking for any reliable way for purchasing EW "mog station" version outside SE store.. due their technical problem limitations.

If you have to purchase a grey/back/whatever market version, it's a good idea not to advertise it on their forums, particularly on your active account.

EU, there is Amazon. Both EU & NA: Greenmangaming.com. Be aware, last I heard GMG works off your IP to determine the region of the key it gives you, in the off chance you need a region that wont match up with the connection you're using. Both have collectors edition available as well.

Thank you I had no luck with GMG (region lock).. but I will try amazon :)

I don't know if they have copies outside NA but humble sells the expansion for the SE store and you can use the store discount to get some money off the expansion

Thank you all :) advice worked out after sending it as a gift.. I have my early access finally. I hope SE Store fixes this problem more people can enjoy with game.
