Time to expand a little on my comments about SE needing to hire a healer designer.

If you guys don't use your chocobo, that's on you.

I'd love to, but doubt it'll ever happen. Even if they hired more people, those people would still have to do what Yoshi wants. And what yoshi wants is a few jobs to keep all other players alive, but not outshine them.
Also, apparently SCH to always be the #1 healer.

I was actually thinking of this the other night. They really should make an effort to bring people who play each role to these events, but at the same time... do we KNOW of any influencers that are healer mains? Seems most of them are DPS with the occasional dabble in tank.

Momo has a following. I'll be honest, I don't know how big it is but he's definitely a healer influencer.

It's a complete failure on the devs part if tanks and healers require their Chocobo, something they may not even have leveled, because their damage scaling is atrocious. Now I doubt that will happen but if it does...

I have a rank 20 chocobo and use him all the time. That's why I know his DPS isn't that much.

And he can't hold aggro in tank stance. I pull aggro off him simply DPSing as a healer. So his tank stance is completely useless.

The only good thing they're reliable for is a healer. Which healers don't need. Even then, they stick to your side and get hit by attacks.
