OP, turn your chat off and this issue is 100% resolved (and you'll notice the game is much more enjoyable). Those two terms are completely unacceptable to use as derogatory terms, but the, hmmm, special people who use them, will never see reason.

The player just expressing his discontent towards such poor word choices from other players.

I could maybe understand the autism complaint, but the OP never actually gave an example of that, so I'm left with the "cancer" comments.

Cancer is supposed to be the safe option. How do you get offended DISPLEASED about that? What is DISPLEASING about it? Cancer is objectively bad. Comparing something to it is saying it's bad. This smells like another one of those classic troll posts, but yet here we are at page 5 already.

Reporting and blacklisting is an efficient way of handling this issue since it's showing you're upset by this and want nothing further from them. If you have to take 20 minutes to mull over something like this I'd consider doing that. We're playing this game to have fun, not have emotional turmoil and anguish.

You're really just making a mountain out of a molehill at this point with a thread stretching near 4 pages (at the time of this post). I can respect your post being here but not doing either of those things I mentioned is just nullifying your argument. Just simply report them, blacklist them, and focus on something else instead.

The problem is when players can't understand the difference between free speech and hate speech.

Cancer jokes are so outdated anyway hitting the same key over and over doesn't make them look cool just obnoxious.

An artificial censorship creates a problems like these.

Guy using medical terms that someone suffers from in the ignorant manner is the result of this censorship, he just doesnt know that this is something people dislike and think it is cool to use because no one told him that he is XXXXXXXX for speaking Y, since everyone fear they will be banned for calling him out on it.
If kids will be allowed and tolerated to be ignorant douches and there will be no one to call them out for it, then this will happen all the time. We are all asking for more and more censoring of our speech instead of pressure other people for not speaking stupid.
