A Fatal DirectX has occurred (1100002)

Hi Dynratygus, I replied previously but the issue is still persisting so I'm sending out a second reply in the hopes you can aid me further with this issue.

I too have been plagued by Fatal DirectX errors and I'm at my wit's end on what do to. Hell I even made my own thread about it but apparently it died down after my first reply to the support staff. I'm scouring the threads on this forum, looking for any sliver of hope but my willpower is fading. I really hope all of you guys experiencing this problem find a solution so you can play ff14 uninterupted!

Where in game is the crash occurring? Were any changes or updates made to the pc? Could you also provide a screen shot of the error?

Hi Dynratygus, as I've previously said, no updates were made in the time that the error started occurring, updates have been made since then but the error happened before anything was updated when it first occurred. As for where it happens, it's not bound by location, I've had the error in Shirogane, Idyllshire and in raids and dungeons, so it's not determined by location.
