Well I'm sure the lore would have something to say about that, the only thing I'm going off is the AST quests explicitly states that that geomancy works exactly like AST just below not above, and it doesn't state that AST works the same as CNJ. Not that I would be against a GEO as a job, and I'm not saying it can't be a job because of this, im just lore dumping.

In short rng on dps doesn't matter what so ever
On tank it some what matters depend on fight
On healers it always matters

You're pulling my devil trigger with this one mate.

I have no anticipation for other possible limited jobs, given the way that SE handled BLU. As one GFAQs poster put it, "BLU is a sightseeing log that wastes other people's time." Given that this was the case for a supposedly "solo" job, I'd imagine that if they promoted Gambler as a limited job designed specifically for groups then it would end up granting an XP penalty past a certain point if you were completing objectives with a group.
