PS4 NP-36116-7 error

But does PSN affect FF14 though? Cause from what I know is that you dont actually need PSN to play ff14 due to it being a subscription based game. Correct me if im wrong though.

I think the problem is that the game doesn’t start because the system can’t verify the license of the game.

Ok mine worked after i changed my DNS this may or may not work for everyone but its worth a try

Primary: 8.26.56.26
Secondary: 8.20.247.20

I doubt that it will get fixed anytime soon if it is PSN's fault

Tried it and it's not working for me. I'm on the EU server though... would that make a difference in what DNS I need to use?

God PSN needs to sort itself out, this is becoming really frustrating

ive had this problem for the past two hours.. :/

fucking SE can’t fix their job properly! its been 3 hours i still can’t log in! wtf is error (NP-36116-7)? we PAY ALOT but very POOR SERVICE! i didn’t even get a godamned notification about the issue! i tried other games in psn it was working properly. so that means SE is the problem here not the psn.

It is likely not SE's fault, it is likely PSN's fault
