By the way, if I install the March 2018 driver would this effect FFXIV. For example if Shadowbringers comes out. It might make the game have errors because of loading an older GPU driver?
That's what I am kind of afraid of.
I don't think it will cause errors in XIV, no. At least it's doubtful. The internal workings of the game weren't redone for Shadowbringers. I think we are on the same datacenter, I'll try to message you in game with the link.
I started messing around with the FPS limiter in game and I think you are right. I forced Vertical Sync off for XIV in the NVidia control panel and I have significantly less stutter for the last hour.
Ive made a massive post with replies to the forum admins.
Even made a ticket.
Still no help....great customer support.
Ive gone back on Nvidia drivers to when RTX support started.
Its an FF XIV issue and in my case an issue with FFXIV support and Gsync.
So technically Nvidia and FFXIV need to get their crap sorted out.

Mine is fixed now. Might been from last NVidia update that fixed it Or could been fixed from last ffxiv update. Not sure but seem to be working right again.
By the way, lately I tired to "Clean boot" my system. By following what you said along with this guide from Microsoft. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RYJfK4hpQM
Unfortunately I had no luck at all.

I have no clue why it says "Date Disabled 01/01/1970" when I disabled it today 28/04/2019

It's also strange that the title and character screens can maintain the capped frame rate when in game in an area with no players in, it cannot.
