I didn't have any problems, but I'm on PS4 and didn't have any frame drops. I loved it. I want Stick-Wavy Lady as a title.

Maybe wait a couple days until the rush is over and then try when there are less people so less lag?

I've not tried yet, holiday plans are going to keep me from this for a couple days. Maybe that will help me out?

those choir costumes are terribad please SE hire completely new gear designers !!

No problems here either. Then again I adore Project Diva and played all I could get my grabby hands on, haha. Am used to rhythm games.

I didn't notice any lag, but some of the button timings don't seem to connect to the music very well. Also there are a few points where there are two "button masher" notes one after the other, but the second one fails if you're still hitting the first.

It could really do with better warning of 'upcoming' notes instead of appearing right as you have to hit them.

(I also greatly dislike the "failing" effect where the music cuts out. It really throws me off, you lose the music for timing, and it just sounds awful.)

Overall it's 'okay' and it seems quite hard to actually fail (but I've played lots of rhythm games, mostly the Ouendan series), but it doesn't feel like a satisfying achievement to get through it either.



For playing on controller, something I've found when pressing buttons at precise timing like this is that it's easier with my pointer finger than thumb. I'll rest the controller on my knee, hold it 'as normal' with my right hand and (being left-handed) have my left hand resting over the controller with my finger on the X button.

No issues here too.
Did it with mouse and the actual left and right click like you are told.
Some tries later i got full combo on both songs.

Oh, so it's that kind of minigame for the event this year. Hmmm... *war flashbacks of Atlantica from KH2*

To anyone who i having trouble getting through it, stop trying to go for criticals! The timing to avoid a miss is shortly after the marker appears until right as the shrinking diamond is completely covered by the outline of the middle diamond.

This mini-game is the most frustrating thing ever. :mad:

Seriously, I'd rather they just let me throw gil at the items I want than struggle through this. Instead of feeling festive I'm annoyed. Thanks SE.

Speaking of throwing gil at items, can we please get seasonal food from previous years put on the vendor instead of $5 for a single consumable on the Mogstation (nothing makes me crankier than this). Bah Humbug! XD
