Trains

Why do we need trains when everyone just hangs out in Ul'dah?

Trains would be nice to see so long as they aren't instanced ugh airship....

well nice idea but i think they would not really fit into FFXIV setting.. do they?

they fit into settings like in FF8/FF7.. but FF14?.. it would feel like Zelda spirit tracks for nds.. a little weird.. i think it would destroy the atmosphere.


some machina ok... but trains are a little displaced?. hm im personally unsure about that.

it would destroy the image.

i am for new and real ships, airships (in 2.0.) and maybe some machina.. but no tracks/railways please ;D

You know... last train I rode on had the convenience of a plane and the luxury of a bus...

There's already going to be a train of some sort in 2.0 in Northern Thanalan leading into what is more than likely Mor Dhona if you look at the concept art for 2.0 Northern Thanalan. It is, however, Garlean, and leads from what I assume is the Garlean stronghold to Mor Dhona for some unspecified reason.
