I just did this in hopes it helps...

I hope you all got your confirmation emails, or will soon. My order was confirmed and credit card shows the charge.

Well its been a week since my original email to them, 10 days since they gladly charged my card, but yet I still have not received a message back beyond the automated "we got your email and you're important to us" BS they send out.

So I updated my payment method, from the email on the 31st, now I got an email saying my order was canceled..? Am I the only one getting this even though I've updated the payment with the proper information?
