As rdm who struggled on this one even with eureka level gear... For me it was making better use of impact, and focusing on Procs on her. Killing the adds took too long.

I've done it on three characters, as a red mage, a ninja, and a dragoon, none of them with stellar gear. Just kill her adds, watch out for AOEs, and hit her until she stops hitting back.
