What do you think was the worst thing this game experienced from 2.0 until now?

Personally I hated that dungeon theme song that was in places like Brayflox hm. I think it is the worst song that ever entered this game. Id rather listen to the dungeon theme for the pre 50 dungeons then ever hear that song again. I know many ppl are gonna put eureka down, but i want ppl to remember that ear grating tune that I had to endure to get Mythic gear bc back then we didn't have as many options to cap tombstones back then and speed running Brayflox hm was the in thing to do and that bloody song meanwhile would assualt your ears.

Delete that song pls.

Personally I'd love it if they deleted the current Lords of Verminion and then remade it to work more like Final Fantasy Tactics.
Not only would it be more fun and simple to understand, it'd actually be related to another part of the series instead of being discount Starcraft. Plus it'd actually work with a controller.

Don't even suggest it! Don't make the devs think they need to spend even more resources on LoV. While it does suck, look at how the diadem rework turned out. We don't need any more resources spent on it, just let it die so they can focus on other, better content.

Eureka. It was suposed to be the big new feature of the expansion and is terrible.

The incessant and pointless complaining of a large minority of players who have no idea how the arc of a MMO's life looks like. Every month before new content released they say they are bored and the game is dying. They are almost never willing/able to enjoy any content they don't like the most (which is typically around 90% of the game). They expect the game to serve them more, even at the expense of quality of life features and sand box/fan service content that they personally deem a waste of their time and money and even the resources of the company itself. They almost universally claim to be speaking for everyone or most of us, as if by saying so they are uniquely empowered to change the direction of the game in its entirety. It has gotten worse over the course of the 2.0+ phase of a game, a game that has the potential to improve over the course of /gasp... a decade.

they did later on in a patch, but by then I had missed most of the story for 4.0. The only fix till the patch we had was trying to adjust the UI for the text boxes which I tried but didn't really work out for me

The very vocal players who have been subscribed to the game for years yet have failed to realise that if they dislike the game to a large degree than the best thing to do is take their leave rather than demand that it changes significantly to the point where it would stop appealing to those who do enjoy it for what it is.

I agree entirely with your statement except the last part.
I would argue that it is by far the worst of the *subscription* MMOs for 'nickel and dimeing' players; the buying of in game basic storage and, most egregiously, the pay-wall that is the new phone APP.
I try not to get bothered by these things anymore and just let people get on with it... but really, watching people accept that APP and its BS is really astounding to me.

Eureka.
The fact that anyone defends that trash content is astonishing in all honesty.

I may be out of touch, so bear with me. How in the world are players filling up and needing more storage? I've played since 1.0 and have always maxed out DoH classes and never once do I fill up my storage. I came close once, but I did 1-2 hours of house cleaning and reverted back to my typical 50% full (not 50% empty) status. Even with gear sets for every DoW class, and the DoH classes, the math just doesn't jive. I've asked around and the only players I know that have maxed out are the ones that hoard every piece of vendor trash they find and they store gear sets they haven't used, either for glamour or raiding, for years. I'm open minded to other reasons though...

No question on this one. The app is a shame for SE and I'm also astounded that they ever launched it in its current state. It's like the 1.0 version of what should become "An App Reborn."
