I have a macro for something very similar

/em slaps <t> with a wet fish. had the same thing in xi too, but added /motion slap before it as well ^^

Against /slap or /spit.

unless restricted to inn room use.

I use a custom macro where I /blush motion (i hide my face and wave my palm in the air and /em some text about slapping <t>. If positioned right it almost looks like a slap.
