Yanxia. Gramp's house and many others in the village look like the ones in Yanxia. Terrain is similar, too, paddy fields, granite quarries, bamboo trees, everything. No tigers though, just free range Silkies (chicken).

That's... hard. There is nothing really who symbolize Spain. Can be maybe the north of Thanalan, since Thanalan itself represent Africa. For some reason, Sabotenders have Spanish names. But.. that is near Mor Dhona, or even Dravania. Holy shit...
