I do think they need to do something for the people on less populated servers. I rather wish they'd leave Selbina alone though, we like it here. Send us a few more people if you must but don't make us move.

My server sits around 160 people on average, that's enough of a red flag right there. I'm not saying you're can't have an opinion, but to make a thread like this when the clear consensus vehemently disagrees with you... just, wow. I didn't think anybody could be this far off after reading the newly updated merge plan posted by Mr. Yoshida.

I know we can't all agree but this kind of extreme carelessness for others is threatening.

lol I can assure you I have ZERO people on my B-list. We have just always been the least populated server, even since release. I started putting sunglasses on dodo's and dressing up the coblyns in shields and paragon crowns just to make it look like more people are out and about.

I beg to differ - I made a character on a vacant slot a few weeks ago on the "low population" 1 chocobo servers, Fabul and Kashuan, and after researching with the search utility they had 280 and 300 players respectively. Palamecia sits on about 160ish players at a given time - which is odd because it's a 2 chocobo server right in the middle, according to the server select screen. It must go by registered characters as opposed to players on right that second. They should fix that after the server mergers.

Regardless, I agree with your points and I lol'd at your post. XD

That was posted before the reassessment of merger. That option 4 would be a disaster. That's why either a reassessment should be made, what ended happening, or they should scrap the merger. Plus, from the looks Of it, lots of people are coming back. Yoshi said midgar something from past final fantasies and I bet your server got 100 more people just because of that word. ;) still, option 2, sounds fair, since us that have a somehow ok server population will remain as it is, and the people that haven't being happy for the lack of people, will get a chance to choose where to go.
