Your right on that, though I personally will tank adds if im not MT. But yes, no one really kills the adds unless yelled at to. Numbers NM for example. By the time we killed it I was tanking Numbers, a Mindflayer, and 5 kitties. You know what happened there?

Yep.... and I adapted, If I MT and got good threat, I will go into turtle mode switching to elemental 5 defense, and Riot/Shelltron combos while popping Pots and using clemency, I also make sure to almost always have fairy buff. Pretty much need to with this mess.

So what your telling me is, my single group with at least 1-2 healers, and then the 20 or so healers surrounding my group in their own groups, all able to simply click the tanks name on the bosses target, or do you know, an assist macro, something you probably dont know about, most dont sadly. Isnt a good enough group for a good tank to handle tanking Eureka NMs in? So you are saying, that their are no good tanks in Eureka, since apparently, 99 percent of groups are just bad, and cant handle it? Spite regardless, I and a very few other paladins, pretty much have to use clemency with pots and fairy buff and ele 5 defense to tank and heal ourselves, so thats not good is it? You are saying all that?

It's a revolving door of tanks won't pick up adds because they know they won't get any heals, healers won't heal because they know no one has agro on adds, dps won't attack adds because no one is tanking them and they won't get heals. I see two fixes that I doubt pagos will have but maybe the next area will. Reduce the spawn rate or just halt the spawn rate within the fate NM circle while it's up that way u don't need to deal with adds spawning on u and tanks not seeing it. Also u can go the route of pazuzu and make his adds apart of the fight(people who drag wraiths into pazuzu fight are dumb and u should just let them die so the wraith runs away) with the fire dude and stone dude, if I'm not main tanking pazuzu I'm picking up the stone guy. Making it so any regular mob that is normally inside the fate NM area gets a little indicator saying it's apart of the fate and letting people receive credit off those mobs(you still need to kill he NM to complete the fate) because I feel receiving gold is a big reason why people ignore adds.
