what bother me is the price, it's too high for just a orchestrion roll, i feel it will have been nice for this price to add a mp3 version of it. right now is totally overpriced

As you can see you can get those musics already ingame. The versions in the cash shop are the orchestral versions.
You don't want to buy the ochestral version in the cash shop? Buy the MP3 files or the whole CD.

Or just be satisfied with the normal versions you can get ingame.
Wow, it's weird you guys have the orchestrion roll for 5$ ! In Europe, it's 3.5 euros. So well maybe it represents the same according to currencies but 3.5 euros (also I find it expensive for an orchestrion roll...) looks more like the right price than 5 euros.
Assuming these are the in-game counterparts to the Eorzean Symphony Album's, I think it's probably more worth getting the album. You get MP3 (26 tracks) and FLAC (10 of the 26 tracks). The orchestral arrangements are good. Not all are my cup of tea. But good.
Yes, it comes with 2 in-game orch rolls (not these same orch sheets on Mog Station) though I personally think it's weird to buy an item *just* for the freebie.
That said I do buy toothpaste sometimes for the cute mugs they bundle together. It's complicated. I'm an idiot.
Games such as Fortnite prove that micro-transactions aren't going anywhere. Complaining about them at this point isn't going to accomplish anything - the best we can do is take a firm stand and try to push for them to be purely cosmetic. Micro-transactions are also very successful in Japan and this is a Japanese game.
It's not that weird, really - and it likely happens more than you'd think. I bought both of the Primal statues purely for the emotes.
You missed the point there. The post wasn't against micro-transactions in general, but criticizing this particular one. Let's compare the mog-shop purchase vs. what I assume is an Amazon page. Same product, but Amazon offers it for less and without the restrictions the game has (only in-game, with an orchestrion you have permissions for, on a specific character), yet the game charges almost twice as much.
