It's the entire group's responsibility to get the target dead. The 'game' may put big shiny brackets around words like "Tank" and "Healer" so that Joe Soap can take it literally, but if you're walking into Party Finder and encountering people who expect you to do more than live up to your role's title, then that's too bad. Sad fact is that they don't even need these reasons/excuses to cherry pick. Hell, some people out there might kick you for playing a Potatofell. Have fun with that.
