I got the feeling that the video was taking a sly dig at Apple's videos, especially when they talk about a new iPhone - "...not just a plastic stick...it's a very special plastic stick."

Obvious april's fools is obvious.

But still, I kind of want that.

Right? They make this a joke but I would totally play this, and pay for the privilege. They underestimate how hard core their crafting\gathering playerbase is.

Looks like they put more into this this then the recent patch... Eureka should have been the prank - this should have been real.

I know it's an April fool's joke (and the video makes it super obvious, especially when the phone falls into the river, and that stick)

But I kind of want it

Not as it's shown in this hilarious video of course, but I do like the general idea of being able to gather things via an app that would end up in my game.
