4.2 housing limitations

All I want is to use my personal house on all of my characters... SE. Please.

They change things and just create a mess of new issues honestly.

Unfortunately it seems like whenever a great suggestion comes in to SE they pretty much ignore it. Or at least that's how it appears to me. Perhaps they just like to keep things complicated lol? Regardless what you said sounds like a great idea they should allow alts to access your other characters houses. It's been a year since i suggested SE put housing releases on timers instead of upon server maintenance so server congestion and errors didnt mess with people trying to rush to get a plot, and after all this time i finally see something similar to what i suggested in the patch notes. It amazes me honestly, but what can ya do ya know :)

In addition to Istaru's point about selling FCs, selling plots for personal housing will also continue.

When a house gets relinquished you can't buy it until the invisible random timer finishes counting down. You can, however, relocate into it. This means that reselling will now take the form of plots in general via selling FCs, and selling medium/large houses (barring them being locked exclusively to FCs) to people that already own small houses.

Somewhat reduced, but not even close to dead. Unfortunately.
